21st May 2010: Here we are again at the end of yet another week. The sun has come out, finally and it's going to be a great hot weekend. Time to cut the lawn and tidy up the borders, the house needs painting and the garage sorting, but i'll bet only the lawn gets cut. Well, you can't paint the house while holding a glass of wine, can you?
We've had a very busy week, scouring Shrewsbury, Pershore and Tarporley, looking for great homes for our clients. I've also had issues with vendors and solicitors this week that have driven me close to insanity, but i'll survive. We missed out on starting work with a new client, due to their house sale falling through, never mind it'll sell soon.
There was fantastic news for the property market about those terrible HIPs, they're GONE at last, our new Lib-Con coalition has made a common sense decision. Grant Shapps has said that the EPC has to stay but property can be marketed as long as an EPC has been ordered.
