1. What benefit are you to my business relocation? The objective of a business relocation is for the continued growth and success of a business. An overview of the change in priorities of a business and the impact this will have upon the different areas of your business, need to be considered very carefully, to truly achieve all the benefits a business relocation can bring, means employing an expert to do the move for you.
2. Why should I use you? We provide you with a complete business relocation service, with great local knowledge and experienced negotiation skills.
3. Are you owned by an estate agency? We are completely independent of estate agents and work only for you, and your business. We do not accept third party commissions.

5. Are your services restricted? Whatever your type of business, we aim to meet your needs in all their forms.
6. What if my business relocation is based outside your search area? We will discuss your needs first and foremost and see how best we can make it happen for you.
7. Do you charge for a fact finding meeting? No we do not charge to meet with you, where we generally assess your business and what type of business relocation service you need and how best it can be achieved.
8. When do I pay you? First a Registration Fee is paid, for the search to begin, and then the final fee, less the Registration already paid, is due to us upon completion of your new business premises. There are also bespoke and concierge packages available and upon assessing your requirements a cost will be provided.
