Lease/Rental Fees
 A Registration Fee is payable on instruction, this fee is deducted from the final Success Fee
Success Fee is a percentage of the monthly rent, which is payable upon signing of the tenancy agreement
Purchasing Fees
Our fee is based on the agent/vendors asking price of the property, so once you have decided to buy there is no hidden agenda: our reputation is based on getting the best possible deal for you. By effective negotiation our fee, usually pays for itself upon purchase.
We have a simple fee structure:
A Registration Fee will be required for a four month contractual search period. This fee will only be deducted from the final Success Fee once we have successfully secured your purchase.
Success Fee is a percentage of the vendors asking price, on the day you instruct us to negotiate for you.
Time Period
Our search will continue for up to four months from payment of the Registration Fee. We will personally attend all viewings with you, advising you throughout this procedure. In the unlikely event you do not see suitable business premises, we will continue to search the market and rearrange fresh viewings.
Should you at any time wish to change your brief or extend your search period, then a second Registration Fee will be payable, this fee will also be deducted from the Success Fee only once we have successfully secured your purchase.

Concierge Service
Our concierge service is designed for those, who really need to concentrate on running their business and require a one stop point of contact. We contact all your clients, suppliers and utility suppliers, banks, credit services etc…and advise them of your new details. We organise removals companies, de-commissioning and re-commissioning of equipment, storage and locksmiths. We will design and produce new stationery, logos and signage or we can engage on complete company re-branding if required and provide proactive marketing of your business in its new area.
