We personally meet you face to face and listen to your needs and future plans. Once we have an understanding of your needs and all the areas of business you need to cater for, we complete a detailed questionnaire.

A New Business venture - We discuss your business plans and the outline of your potential customers, to have a feel for what type of premises can accommodate you not only in the short term, but to allow some growth within the company as time progresses and we look at how best the business premises need to represent you to your potential customers.

An Existing Business – We discuss what your business has achieved so far and what you wish to achieve next, looking at both your short and long term business plans. We evaluate the impact upon your workforce and how best to allay any concerns. We look into the advantages and disadvantages of your existing premises and how they currently represent you to your customers and then we assess how the new premises should aid the improvement of customer relations.

We do the legwork

Using our local knowledge we contact and personally visit all our sources i.e. estate agents, developers and from our visits we compile a short list of potential business premises, which we personally inspect and scrutinise inside and out, to see they meet the demands of your business.
