What is a home finder? A home finder is a professional property consultant who works directly for the property buyer. A home finder can provide you with all the knowledge you need to make an informed decision about the value of a property without all of the sales “hype” often generated by estate agents and their glossy brochures. Home Finders will also have access to property that has not yet been marketed through estate agents and details of properties through developers and private sales. In short a professional home finder can find you your dream home effortlessly.
What is a buyer’s Agent? Home finders are also known as buyer’s agents, property search agents, relocation Agents and realtors. There is no difference between them. But because home finding services are relatively new to the UK, companies have chosen different titles for themselves.
Why should I use a homefinder? Why wouldn't you want an expert homefinder, when you're making one of the biggest emotional and financial decisions of your life. You need an expert to guide you through the practical implications and to use their insider knowledge to negotiate a great deal for you.

Are you owned by an estate agency?No, we are completely independent of estate agents. Most of our competition are owned by estate agent subsidiaries, which mean they say there independant, but they will only show you properties that are on there own books. We are not associated to or with any estate agency or subsidiary, hence, our service encompasses the whole property market place, no stone unturned. Our agenda is to find the right home for you and negotiate a great price for you.

What can you do, that I can't? We are experts in property, so we think, live and breathe property every day and therefore we know the real value of property and what's on and "off" the market. We have built up a network of contacts relating to all things property, so we're taken seriously by the estate agents when it comes to negotiation.
Do you find rentable property? Yes. It can be an outright rentable home you want or we can organise a short-term rentable while we search for your dream home. The choice is yours.
What happens if I change the brief? If your plans or circumstances change and you wish to change your brief after initial searches have begun, then a new retainer fee will be required before a new search can begin; this is still deducted from the final fee.
What if I want a property outside your search area?
Who do I have to deal with? Just us, Helen and Mark. We provide an "old-fashioned" service by doing everything, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

When do I pay you? First a retainer fee is paid, for the search to begin. Then upon completion of your new home, the final fee is due, less the retainer already paid. There are bespoke packages available and upon assessing your requirements a cost will be provided.
