Purchasing Fees
Our fee is based on the agent/vendors asking price for the property, once you have decided to buy there is no hidden agenda: our reputation is based on getting the best possible deal for you.
Our aim to make our service self-funding through our tough negotiating, remember we work for you and the better deal you get, the happier we are.
We have a simple fee structure:
 A Non Refundable Retainer fee of £750 +VAT which is payable on instruction, this fee is deducted from the final completion fee
Completion Fee is 1.5% of the agent/vendors asking price, which is payable upon exchange of contracts
Our search shall subsist for a period of four months from the date of instruction
Lease/Rental Fees
A Non Refundable Retainer of £750 +VAT is payable on instruction, this fee is deducted from the final completion fee
Completion Fee is a 2.5 times the monthly lease/rent, which is payable upon signing of the agreement
Bespoke Fees (Price on Application)
Are you looking for that little bit more, self builds, building plots, planning consent, Architect drawings, interior design, garden landscaping. Our fees will depend on the project and therefore are based on individual needs. Please contact us for more details

Orientation Tour Fees
Orientation tours are charged per day for an accompanied tour of your chosen area. The tours are free of charge to retained clients. Should you only want an orientation tour before deciding to use our services please contact us
Negotiation ONLY (Price on Application)
Should you happen to find your ideal home with out us? We would still be able to negotiate on your behalf. Utilising our skills in this way ensures you pay the correct price for your property. We will manage the whole process ensuring a smooth and effortless transition to completion.
A Non Refundable Retainer is payable on instruction, prior to commencement of work, this fee is deductable from the final completion fee
Completion Fee is a percentage of the negotiated purchase price, which is payable uponexchange of contracts
Concierge & Settling in Services
