This is the part that goes on behind the scenes, so you do not have to think about this. This is where we use our knowledge, contacts and experience to short list potential homes for you to view. Great research, so we get it right first time, every time.
Meanwhile you carry on with day-to-day life, calm in the knowledge that we will keep you informed and arrange everything.
You View
We arrange two day viewings that are convenient to you and organise your accommodation. On the first day we take you to see our short list of potential homes, not forgetting a lunch break and a general tour of the area. At the end of the first day we sit together and discuss which potential homes you want to short list for a second viewing on the following day and why you want to see them. Then on the second day you view your shortlist of potential homes, for a longer time if needed and have a better look at their location.

Time To Chat
At the end of the second day, after viewings are complete, we sit down together and we listen to your thoughts, feelings and concerns you may have , that we may need to investigate further for you.
The Negotiation
When you feel we have answered all your concerns and any issues with your chosen potential home, then we advise you how best we can move forward in procuring your new home and we do the negotiating, keeping you informed as we progress.
Your New Dream Home
To ensure the purchase of your new dream home runs smoothly, we keep communication channels open between all parties involved and quickly deal with any issues that may arise. It is not in anyone’s interest to fall at the last hurdle.
Once we have secured the home of your dreams, you decide how much of the moving you want us to be involved in. Again we listen and achieve your needs.
